TruQuote Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TruQuote mobile application (“App”) provided by Melo Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

3. Purchase and Payment

TruQuote is available as a one-time paid download through the Google Play Store.

The purchase price is displayed on Google Play at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed by Google Play. We do not process or store your payment details.

Your purchase is subject to Google Play’s payment terms and policies.


4. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play’s refund policy.

We do not directly process refunds. Any refund requests must be submitted via Google Play.


5. Licence to Use the App

When you purchase TruQuote, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal or business use.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Resell or redistribute the App
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that any information entered into the App is accurate
  • Backing up your data where appropriate
  • Maintaining the security of your device

We are not responsible for loss of data resulting from device damage, deletion, or user error.


7. Data Storage

TruQuote stores data locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

We do not guarantee permanent storage of your data.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

TruQuote does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Any figures, templates, or outputs generated by the App are for informational purposes only.

  • The App is provided “as is”
  • We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.


10. Updates and Changes
